In answering this type of question it is vital you begin by giving a brief insight into your academics and educational background, the subject area you have taught highlighting its relevance to your gained degree and the wealth of experience you have gathered over the years in the teaching profession. 
What practical methods do you employ in teaching to required standards?

This teacher interview questions typically depends on the level of teaching standards set by your country’s ministry of education. In some countries there are disparity between the standards set by the public and private schools respectively. Whatever the case, it is always important to emphasis your commitment to upholding standards set by your country’s national or states ministries in charge of education to your interviewer. If asked to write a lesson plan, ensure you use the standard lesson plan format demanded by the state’s school board.

2. What experience do you have teaching kids (Grade 1 – 3)?
This is always a tricky teaching job interview questions that should be carefully answered. Considering the tender age of the children your interviewer requires you to have had previous experience working with younger children knowing that kids require extra care with special attention. Highlight the previous roles and the experiences you have gained working with children of this age range to your interviewer.
